What Can I expect, from Identity Tours?










Staff Guidance and Supervision


The Identity Tours staff are paid professionals and are well trained in looking after children and adult who are physically and intellectually challenged. We have on board a registered nurse, social worker and qualified support workers. Our staff have been with our programme for last four years and are continuing to support our service. The staffs will also oversee daily living skills, medication, money management and help travellers with attending to their personal needs and help these travellers to have an amazing and safe holiday.



Transport


Identity Tours has a 10 seater van, a 6 seater van and a 20 seater bus which operates from North and South Island doing day trips, weekend tours and national tours. We at Identity tours offer door to door pick up service and also, for some of our service users we can organise to pick them up from a pre-set location and drop them off at the same place after the tour has ended. All internal tours for South Island travellers will leaves from 314 Worcester Street Christchurch.



What will I need to bring


- Spending money will be needed for lunch, dinner,
souvenirs or personal items. Whenever possible,
receipts will be requested for out of pocket expenses.
- Any current medication
- A risk management plan or Alert & Crisis
- Camera (optional)
- Your sense of adventure
